Why your coaching journey begins with Me

As someone who overcame an eating disorder, I know exactly what it is like to fall culprit to the toxic diet culture online.

 

My journey began with extensive cardio, little to no food education and eating less than my body needed to survive. If this sounds similar to yours, you are not alone!

 

After years of educating myself, having periods of trial and error and falling in love with weight training, I have come out on the other side and not get the privilege of helping others not make the same mistakes I did.

 

 

I want to work with YOU, so you don’t need to waste years going back and forth and getting no-where. I want YOU to have a healthier relationship with food, fall in love with moving your body and continuously working on becoming the most empowered version of yourself.

I’m so extremely grateful for my journey and where it has led me to today. Without all of this, I would not be the person I am, doing all the things I am so lucky to be able to do, and being in this exact position helping you on your journey.
